Our Motel Policies:

Payment

Escarpment Heights Motel happily accepts the following forms of payment:

  • VISA (online and on site)
  • MasterCard (online and on site)
  • American Express (on site only)
  • Interac (on site only)
  • Cash (on site only)

Upon booking and in order to reserve and secure your room, we will require a credit card number.

Deposit

Your reservation will require a deposit in the amount of your first night’s stay.  Your deposit is due upon booking.  Deposits are refundable but Escarpment Heights Motel reserves the right to hold a $10.00 cancellation fee when given proper cancellation notice.

Cancellation Policy and Fee

We require that guests provide us with:
24 hours notice when cancelling a reservation for one or two motel units.
2 weeks notice when cancelling a reservation for three or four motel units.
30 days notice when cancelling five or more motel units.
When cancelling rooms with proper notice a $10.00 cancellation fee is retained by the motel.

Check In Time: 3:00 p.m.

Check Out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Terms and Conditions of Stay

All units are smoke free.
Pets are not allowed in the motel units.
No open cooking sources are allowed in the motel units.
